Managed IT

Operations, helpdesk and monitoring as a service. You run the business, we run IT.

We take over day-to-day operations: user support, updates, backups, monitoring and vendors. With a clear scope and a monthly overview for management.

What we deliver

  • User support

Helpdesk with agreed response times, remote and on site.

  • Infrastructure operations

Monitoring, updates, backups with verified restores, licence and device management.

  • Overview and plan

A monthly report for management, an annual hardware refresh plan, cost control.

When it makes sense

  • One overloaded IT person

Handles printers and servers alike and has time for nothing.

  • Several sites without unified oversight

Each with its own vendor and its own rules.

  • Your IT administrator is leaving

You need to bridge months, not hire in a panic.

  • Merging two environments

After a merger or acquisition, with as little disruption for users as possible.

How we work

  1. Discover

Environment inventory, documentation, hidden risks, critical dependencies.

  2. Design

Service scope, response times and price. What the fee covers and what it doesn’t, written plainly.

  3. Deploy

Stabilisation: backups, multi-factor authentication, monitoring. Hand-over from the current provider while everything keeps running.

  4. Operate

Helpdesk, monitoring, monthly report, quarterly technical review.

Questions

How much does it cost?

A monthly fee based on users and servers. You get the exact price after the initial inventory.

Do you come on site?

Yes, by agreement. Most things are solved remotely; we come on site where it makes sense.

Can we switch from another provider?

Yes. The transition follows a clear procedure: taking over documentation and access and re-pointing monitoring while everything keeps running.

What about specialised projects?

Security, cloud, AI and digitisation are separate services. Managed IT clients get them on preferential terms.
